Elgin's third annual Pride Parade & Festival is a family-friendly, free event!
Family friendly and held in the daytime
Staffed by security, police and the fire department
Presented by a 501(c)(3), so eligible donations are tax deductible
Support Elgin's third annual Pride Parade and Festival, June 7, 2025! Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, family-friendly environment accessible to all who would like to attend, in downtown Elgin.
More than 4,000 community members attended this fun, family-friendly celebration in 2023, and we partied through the rain in 2024. This is the perfect opportunity to put your business or organization in front of thousands of potential customers and support a positive, beneficial event for the whole community. We strive to make our events family-friendly experiences that are physically and financially accessible to all who would like to attend. We are a 501(c)(3), so eligible donations are tax deductible.
Your donations make all of this possible. We strive to demonstrate our support to the queer community of Elgin and the surrounding areas, and unify our community. Your contribution to this amazing cause is greatly appreciated. Every donation goes toward benefiting 2025 Elgin Pride-related events, and your support encourages the patronship of Elgin’s businesses throughout the weekend and all year round Together, let's spread the word about how amazing and welcoming Elgin is!

Market Vendors
Vendor applications for the 2025 festival market will close on May 1
Market Vendor fee: $100
Vendors must provide their own 10' x 10' pop tent, a table ,and any supplies needed. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10', and you may bring as much as you can fit in that area.
We will not have electricity available. No booth or tent will be allowed to be spiked into the grass, per the City of Elgin.
Food Vendors
Food Vendor applications for the 2025 festival market will close on May 1.
Food Vendor fee is $100.
Permit Fee: $140 (payable to City of Elgin)
All vendors must supply their own tents/tables or other necessary supplies. Food Vendor spaces within the market are 10' x 10'. Food trucks will have parking space. Food truck parking spaces are limited, so please sign up ASAP to claim a space
The City of Elgin Health Department has final discretion over food vendors. ALL food vendors must have a temporary food service permit from the city OR a mobile/seasonal food license from the Kane County Health Department on file at least 2 weeks before the event
If you require power, you must bring your own power source, as our available power is limited
We will not permit the sale of any liquor or alcoholic beverages
Pre-packaged food that is closed and sealed is considered a merchandise vendor. Please contact Brad Bohner at Bohner_B@cityofelgin.org if you have questions about permitting or health department approval.
Parade Groups
Parade Group applications for the 2025 festival will close on May 1.
Parade Group fee: $75
Non-Profit Parade group fee: $30
Walking groups, floats, vehicles, marching bands - all are welcome
Groups are welcome to distribute promotional materials and prizes, but we do ask that you not throw them or create an excessive amount of trash (confetti, etc).
Donations
Many of our donation tiers include Parade Group entry or Vendor tables. Please see our Donations page for tier listing and additional information. After your donation, we will add your group to the Vendors and/or parade groups manually. All donations are considered tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You will receive an invoice for your records.

Vendor/Parade Group Ticket
This ticket must be presented at the check-in booth upon your arrival at the event. You will be given your parade group position, and/or your both information upon check-in.
