In partnership with the LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois & the LGBT Business Foundation Elgin Pride will join in an informational program which aims to provide an understanding of the evolving DEI landscape. Attendees will have the opportunity to virtually participate, ask questions, and learn the facts versus the fears surrounding these changes. The webinar is designed to engage participants in meaningful dialogue, offering clarity and actionable insights to help businesses navigate the complexities of DEI initiatives.
