Elgin Pride's Annual Meeting is on November 17, 2025.

  • 6 PM Central

  • Gail Borden Library Meadows Community Room A

  • All are welcome!

Elections will be held as part of the meeting.

  • Treasurer and Secretary roles are up for election. 

  • We are also accepting expressions of interest for members at large, an appointed role. 

 

Timeline

  • 11/10, noon Central: Applications due

  • 11/12: Applicants notified of next steps

  • 11/17: Elections held as part of Elgin Pride's Annual Meeting
