Celebrate the start of Pride season at the Pride Kickoff Soirée & Mixer, an evening of elegance and community at The Haight in downtown Elgin. This fundraiser marks the official start of the 2026 Elgin Pride Parade & Festival weekend, bringing together allies and community members for a night of purpose and celebration. All funds raised help support our 501(c)(3) mission to cultivate celebration, education, visibility, and safe spaces to accelerate equity and inclusion for greater Elgin’s queer and marginalized communities.

Under this year's Elgin Pride theme, "Raise Your Flag," the mixer is the perfect space to see and be seen, fostering new connections and friendships within the community before the big day at Festival Park. Whether you are looking to network, find a parade group, or simply celebrate your authentic self in a welcoming environment, this gathering is designed to build the camaraderie that makes Pride in Elgin so special. • Description: An upscale mixer set in the rustic-industrial charm of The Haight, featuring exposed brick, string lights, and a rooftop space. Enjoy a flight of mimosa, hors d'oeuvres, and live music as we raise funds for Elgin Pride, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating safe spaces and equity for the queer community.
