About the event

Support a happy, safe Elgin for everyone. Showcase your group or business to a diverse crowd of thousands. Elgin Pride is a 501(c)(3), so eligible donations/registration fees are tax deductible.

Market Vendor Info

Market Vendor fee: $150

  • Vendors must provide their own 10' x 10' pop tent, a table ,and any supplies needed. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10', and you may bring as much as you can fit in that area.

  • We will not have electricity available.

  • No booth or tent will be allowed to be spiked into the grass, per the City of Elgin.

  • All applications must be submitted by 11:50 PM on May 11.

Food Vendor Info

Food Vendor Booth fee is $200.

Food Truck fee is $250.00

Permit Fee: $140 (payable to City of Elgin)

  • All vendors must supply their own tents/tables or other necessary supplies. Food Vendor spaces within the market are 10' x 10'. Food trucks will have parking space. Food truck parking spaces are limited, so please sign up ASAP to claim a space

  • The City of Elgin Health Department has final discretion over food vendors. ALL food vendors must have a temporary food service permit from the city OR a mobile/seasonal food license from the Kane County Health Department on file at least 2 weeks before the event 

  • If you require power, you must bring your own power source, as our available power is limited

  • We will not permit the sale of any liquor or alcoholic beverages

  • Pre-packaged food that is closed and sealed is considered a merchandise vendor. Please contact Brad Bohner at Bohner_B@cityofelgin.org if you have questions about permitting or health department approval.

  • All applications must be submitted by 11:50 PM on May 11.

Parade Group Info

  • Parade Group fee: $100

  • Non-Profit Parade Group fee: $50


  • Walking groups, floats, vehicles, marching bands - all are welcome

  • Groups are welcome to distribute promotional materials and prizes, but we do ask that you not throw them or create an excessive amount of trash (confetti, etc).

  • All applications must be submitted by 11:50 PM on May 11.

Registration for Donors

Many of our donation tiers include Parade Group entry or Vendor tables. Please see our Donations page for tier listing and additional information. After your donation, we will add your group to the Vendors and/or parade groups manually. All donations are considered tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You will receive an invoice for your records.

Elgin Pride Membership (25% Discount)

Elgin Pride Business Members receive a 25% discount on parade groups and vendor positions. Please see our Membership page for membership benefits and tiered pricing. Once you are a member, you will receive a login to the site, and your membership discount will be taken from your parade purchase automatically.
