Walking groups, floats, vehicles, and marching bands are welcome.
You may hand out promotional materials and prizes, but do not throw items or distribute items that create an excessive amount of trash (such as confetti).

Regulations

Vendors must provide their own 10' x 10' pop tent, table, and any supplies needed.

Vendor spaces are 10' x 10', and you may bring as much as you can fit in that area.

We will not have electricity available.

No booth or tent will be allowed to be spiked into the grass, per the City of Elgin.

Regulations

All vendors must supply their own tents/tables or other necessary supplies. Food vendor spaces within the market are 10' x 10'. Food trucks will have a parking space. Food truck spaces are limited, so please sign up ASAP to claim a space.

The City of Elgin Health Department has final discretion over food vendors.

All food vendors must have a temporary food service permit from the city or a mobile/seasonal food license from the Kane County Health Department on file at least 2 weeks before the event.

If you require power, you must bring your own power source.

The sale of any liquor or alcoholic beverages is not permitted.
